Annie Jorgensen has crowned Miss Georgia 2018 at the grand finale of the 74th edition of Miss Georgia beauty contest. Miss Georgia 2018 beauty pageant was held at the River Center for the Performing Arts in Columbus on Saturday night of 17th June 2018. Annie has received $17,500 in the Scholarship.
53 Georgian beauties competed for Miss Georgia 2018 title and for an Academic Scholarship.
Annie performed a jazz dance to the Standard “That’s Life” in the Talent Portion.
When asked a question to Annie during a Question-Answer round, what issues may be given higher priority if women made up at least 50 percent of the U.S. Congress?
Annie replied that women’s rights would likely receive more attention and that women should be empowered to have a voice in the home, their community, and politics.
Annie Jorgensen’s Biography:
Annie is 22 years old. Her native is from Wisconsin and currently lives in Athens. She has completed her Journalism Degree from the University of Georgia. Annie has competed three times at Miss Georgia and serving as Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2011, Miss High School America 2013 and Miss University of Georgia 2016.
Miss Georgia 2018 Winners:
Chari Guzman, Miss Fulton County has won the First Runner-up title, while Brooke Doss, Miss Atlanta has won the Second Runner-up title. Victoria Hill, Miss Cobb County and Alex Gilomen, Miss Historic Buford has placed the Third and the Fourth respectively.
