Patrick Modiano – the Nobel Prize in Literature 2014

A French Novelist, Patrick Modiano has been awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature 2014 at Stockholm Condert Hall, Sweden on Wednesday, 10th December, 2014. Patrick has been awarded this world’s most prestigious award for the art of memory with which he has evoked the most ungraspable human destinies and uncovered the life-world of the occupation.

Jean Patrick Modiano

Jean Patrick Modiano born on 30th July, 1945 at Boulogne-Billancourt, France. He is a famous French Novelist. He wrote almost 30 odd novels, Film Scripts, Children Books and song lyrics which is translated in 36 languages. Patrick also won other valuable awards like Goncourt Prize for his book “Missing Person” in 1978, French Academy’s Grand Prize for his novel “Ring Roads“, National Literature Grand Prize in 1996.
